Where do you operate?
Charlotte and the surrounding metro, Ballantyne, Waxhaw, Weddington, Huntersville, Lake Norman, Matthews, and the suburbs out to about thirty miles from Uptown. Beyond that, by quote.
How do I book?
Book online in about sixty seconds. The Book Now link runs through Urable, our scheduling platform. Or send a few details through the contact form and we will follow up.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, both. Insurance documents are available on request before any work begins.
Who actually does the work?
Our team handles every appointment. Family-owned and Franky-led, with over ten years of detailing experience behind the work. The same standard applies whether Franky is on-site or one of our trained detailers.

Mobile Service.
Do you really come to my driveway?
Yes. We bring water, power, and every product. You pick a time and step outside when we are done.
What do you need from me on the day?
A flat surface to set up on and the keys when we arrive. We bring our own power and water. The rest is on us.
What happens if it rains?
Outdoor exterior work pauses for rain, we reschedule at no cost. If you have a garage or covered driveway, interior detailing continues on schedule. Tell us when you book if covered space is available.
Can you work in my garage?
Yes. Garages are ideal for ceramic application and paint correction, controlled lighting, no dust, longer cure window.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Inside the immediate Charlotte metro, no. Beyond about thirty miles from Uptown, a travel fee may apply. We quote before we book.

Ceramic Coating.
How long does ceramic coating last?
A correctly applied full-car ceramic provides multi-year durability, typically two to five years depending on the product, the prep, and how the car is maintained.
Do I have to commit to a full coat, or can I just do the windshield?
Windshield-only ceramic is one of our most popular services at seventy-five dollars. About an hour of work. The cheapest way to see what ceramic actually does.
Does ceramic replace waxing?
Yes. Wax is a temporary surface treatment. Ceramic bonds chemically to the paint and lasts orders of magnitude longer.
How do I maintain a ceramic-coated car?
Two-bucket wash, pH-neutral shampoo, microfiber drying towels. Skip automatic tunnels. We can show you a full maintenance routine on the day of application.

Paint Correction.
How long does paint correction take?
Single-stage runs a full day. Two-stage runs one to two days. The car stays under cover until we finish.
Will paint correction remove every scratch?
Not every scratch. Paint correction is measured in percentages. Single-stage removes ~70% of swirls, light scratches, and oxidation. Two-stage gets to ~85–90%. Multi-stage can reach 95%+. Deeper scratches that have cut into the clear or paint require body work, which is outside our scope.
Do you measure paint thickness?
Every time, panel by panel, before any correction work. If the clear coat is thin, we adjust the plan and tell you why.
Single-stage, two-stage, or multi-stage, what is the difference?
Single-stage uses one polish to cut and refine and gets ~70% correction. Two-stage uses a heavier compound first then a finishing polish for ~85–90%. Multi-stage layers more passes with finer polishes for 95%+ on cars that justify the work.

How far in advance should I book?
Same-week appointments are usually available for standard details. Paint correction and ceramic coating book one to two weeks out.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, at least twenty-four hours' notice if possible. Same-day reschedules happen, especially for weather. We work with you.
Can I subscribe to a maintenance plan?
Yes. Exterior Wash or Monthly Maintenance, both billed every 4 weeks. Annual Detailer's Plan available by request. Cancel any time. Skip a month with no penalty. Enrollment requires prior detailing, coating, or new-vehicle condition.
